Welcome to Find Your Reason (FYR). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website www.fyr-findyourreason.co.uk (“Site”) and the purchase of limited edition posters (“Products”) from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

  • We sell limited edition art posters designed by us.

  • Each print is produced in limited quantities. Availability is subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur.

3. Orders

  • Orders are placed via our Site using Squarespace Commerce.

  • Payment is processed securely through Square.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Customers outside the UK/EU (e.g., in the US) may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the price.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to the UK, EU, and US.

  • Orders are shipped directly by us. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the Product has been delivered.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Right of Withdrawal (UK/EU Customers)

  • If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at hello@fyr-findyourreason.co.uk before the 14-day period expires.

  • Products must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging.

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund (excluding any original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 14 days.

6.2 Exceptions

  • The above withdrawal right does not apply to customised or personalised Products

6.3 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@fyr-findyourreason.co.uk with photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange a replacement (if stock is available) or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, images, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Find Your Reason.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Products.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our Site.

  • Payments are handled securely via Square; we do not store payment card details.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “last updated” date.
